Caroline’s Skincare outsources delivery of merchandise to physical addresses, excluding PO boxes, domestically with Startrack, and internationally with Toll Priority and/or an affiliated international courier company.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the recipient/customer to request their parcel be left on the premises of the nominated shipping address, or alternatively must be present to sign for the package. Should subsequent efforts be required to courier the package, the customer/recipient agrees to pay for each service dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

We ship to New Zealand via our online shop. To place an international order to all other countries, and for information regarding shipping charges, please contact us via orders@carolineskincare.com.au and we will assist you further with your requirements. All international order shipping rates are quoted and charged on a case by case basis, subject to current courier rates for individual shipping destinations. We know that many people around the world rely on the benefits our products bring and we wish to continue to accommodate your needs as much as we possibly can.

We charge international customers (including New Zealand customers) as per international courier fees and the customer agrees to their terms & conditions of service. Caroline’s Skincare is not responsible for customs clearance fees, handling fees, taxes, duties, VAT and brokerage and all such responsibilities for payment fall to the customer.
