Caroline’s Skincare outsources delivery of merchandise to Australia Post or an affiliated international courier company.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the recipient/customer to request their parcel be left on the premises of the nominated shipping address, or alternatively must be present to sign for the package. Should subsequent efforts be required to courier the package, the customer/recipient agrees to pay for each service dispatch.

All international order shipping rates are quoted and charged on a case by case basis, subject to current courier rates for individual shipping destinations.
